Exercise and diet go hand in hand to maintain healthy living. It’s really true you are what you eat. So tell me how do you feel? Are you full of life and energy or are you sluggish and tired? Well I have just the tip to give you a double dose of energy which I recommend you take daily. You can create your own multivitamin anyway you like it. Yes that’s right you can your prep your smoothie with fresh fruits, veggies, nuts, yogurt, milk, and add a dash of honey or sugar. This morning for breakfast I had a yummy purple smoothie!!
1 banana
handful of blueberries
4 strawberries
½ cup of organic spinach
½ cup of almond milk
2 cubes of ice


If you’re having trouble getting your little ones to eat veggies this is a great idea to get them eating more veggies. Ladies drinking plenty of water and eating fresh green veggies give you healthy glowing skin. Smoothies are healthy, quick, affordable and easy to make and they can replace a meal. Here is a sample of a 3 day meal prep for green smoothies: 2 cups spinach, 1/2 sliced banana, 4 strawberries, 1/4 cup grapes, 1/4 cup carrots.  Add all in Ziploc bags and freeze.  When ready to blend just add 1 cup of water.  Look good, feel good, and eat good!!!
