There’s nothing more cozy on a winter night then sitting by the fireplace and enjoying some fresh hot, delicious, homemade banana bread with your loved ones. My oldest sister use to make Banana Nut Bread every Christmas for my niece its one of her favorites.
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture. Stir in bananas.
Pour banana into two well-greased loaf pans; bake at 325 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
*To make Banana Nut Bread just add 1 cup of finely chopped pecans to your ingredients.*
