Have you ever had baked Kale Greens? I tried something new last night I baked Kale Greens for the first time. It was a quick, simple, healthy recipe.
- Kale Greens
- Butternut Squash
- A dash of salt & pepper
- A dash of oregano (or your favorite herb)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup of water
Cut garlic into thin small slices and mix all ingredients in a bowl. Bake for 30 minutes on 325 degrees.
The results were flavorful, moist tender greens and butternut squash.
